Pre-Slab Inspection
Before concrete is poured, we check that site preparation, formwork, plumbing, and reinforcement comply with the approved plans and relevant standards.
Fixing Stage Inspection
At this stage, we check that doors, skirting, architraves, cabinetry, and other internal fittings have been installed correctly and meet quality standards.
Frame Inspection
We assess the wall and roof frame construction, ensuring it’s built according to structural requirements, plans, and the National Construction Code (NCC).
Waterproofing Inspection
We examine wet areas such as bathrooms, laundries, and balconies to ensure waterproofing membranes are applied properly and in line with Australian Standards.
Pre-Plaster Inspections
Before plasterboard is installed, we inspect internal framing, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins to make sure everything is correctly positioned and compliant.
Pre-Handover Inspection
